All services are intended for individuals seeking personal development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years of age, or using the services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions and programs must be booked in advance through our website or official communication channels.
Payment is required before confirming a session. We accept domestic and international payments through secure gateways including Razorpay and PayPal.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be considered as availed and non-refundable.
Refunds for prepaid programs are only provided in case of service non-delivery, subject to our review and approval.
No refunds are issued for completed sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication during sessions. We reserve the right to terminate sessions without refund in case of abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, testimonials, logos, and coaching methodologies, is the property of Amit Khandelwal Life Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results through our coaching services. Individual results may vary.
